He never met a stranger and was known for his kindness, his steady presence, and his willingness to help anyone in need. A lover of the outdoors, Bill found joy in gardening, landscaping, and Horticulture. He cherished days spent fishing with his wife, Evelyn, and some of his happiest moments were teaching his grandchildren how to cast a line and appreciate the quiet beauty of the water. He enjoyed tending to his blueberry bushes, tinkering with anything that could be fixed, and admiring airplanes—his lifelong fascination with aviation never faded. Bill loved designing and building.
