Billy Luke, age 77, passed away on January 16, 2026, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. Billy was born on November 16, 1948, in Germany and was the son of Walter and Katherine Luke. Billy served in the US Navy and attended Ole Miss. He married Evelyn Brooks in 1969. He worked as a sales manager in the window industry for over 50 years and attended First Baptist Church in Madison. Billy was a loving husband, father, and friend. He was compassionate, witty, and generous. He was loved very much by his family, and he will be greatly missed. Billy is survived by his wife, Evelyn Brooks Luke; son, Brooks Luke; sister, Marie Renick; granddaughter, Emily Luke; sisters-in-law, Barbara Patterson and Caroline Brooks, and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mac Brooks, Sr. and Mary Brooks, brothers-in-law, Mac Brooks, Jr. (Becky), Bob Patterson, and Steve Brooks; and nephews. A graveside service will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, in Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery in Madison, MS.
