Madison, MS

 

Ronald Riggan, 69, of Madison, MS, was called home to be with the Lord on October 1st, 2018 in Ridgeland, MS.  A visitation honoring the life of Ronald will be held Friday October 05, 2018 from 5-7 P.M. at Natchez Trace Funeral Home in Madison, MS.  A Graveside service will be held Saturday, October 06, 2018 in the Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery at 10:30 A.M.

 

Ronald was born February 02, 1949 to the late Mr. Hodges Riggan & Mrs. Hazel Coburn Riggan in Meridian, MS.  Ronald grew up in Meridian where he attended and graduated from Meridian High School. He went on to attend college, where he received both a bachelor's and master's degree from Mississippi State University.   Ronald went on to become an insurance underwriter and thrived in his career until his retirement.  He was an avid golfer, and most Saturdays, in the fall, you could catch him cheering his bulldogs on to victory. Most of all, Ronald was a Godly man who loved his wife deeply, his children, and adored his grandchildren.

He is preceded in passing by his mother and father, Hazel and Hodges Riggan respectively. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Margaret Berdami Riggan of Madison, MS., one son, Christopher Todd Riggan of Atlanta, GA, and two daughters., Cori Riggan of Jackson, MS., Lauren Haack and her husband Mike of Gulf Breeze, FL., and four grandchildren., Noah, Sawyer, Emmett, and Riggs Haack.
