Allen Melton (Melt) Miller, 66, of Madison, passed away on January 22, 2021 at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Melt was born on August 3, 1954 to William Ed and Thelma Palmertree Miller in Belzoni, MS. A painter and carpenter by trade, Melt lived in the Madison-Ridgeland area much of his life. He loved his family and friends and will be remembered for his humor as he always had a joke to tell. Melt is survived by his wife of 44 years Connie Bennett Miller, daughter, Mallory Street and her husband Fred; son, Cole Miller and his wife Alex-Anna; sisters, Sheila Rozas and Melissa Miller; his twin brother, Felton Miller; 12 nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Bonnie Allison Miller and sisters, Sandra Martin and Carolyn Floyd. A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 11:00 am at Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery, Madison, MS. Burial will take place in the Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials in his name are suggested to Victory Baptist Church P.O. Box 1955 Madison, MS 39130.
