Shirley K. Draughn, 78, of Madison, passed away on June 1, 2021 at the Merit Health River Oaks Hospital in Flowood, MS. Shirley was born on May 29, 1943 in Jackson, MS. She married Larry Thomas Draughn in 1967 and was a co-owner of CPS Pools in Jackson before her retirement. She was all about family and doing anything and everything for her children. Shirley loved decorating her gate for others to see. Shirley is survived by her children, Carol Mason (Tracy); Shane Draughn (Pam) and Tommy Draughn (Darla); eight grandchildren, Nick Harrison, Terri Hosford, Lindsey Mason, Kelly Draughn, Austin Draughn, Mason Draughn, Hunter Draughn and Griffin Draughn; five great grandchildren, Kenadie Hosford, Spencer Harrison, Lillie Hosford, Jacob Metten and Tavie Metten; sister, Dianne Smith (Darrell) and brother, Ricky Neely. Shirley was preceded in death by husband Larry Thomas Draughn, father, Lionel Lassus and mother, Doris Lassus. Visitation will be held at Natchez Trace Funeral Home on Friday from 10;30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.with a chapel funeral service at 11:30 a.m.. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m.at Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery.
