Juanita Dukes Pasvantis
April 4, 1930 – June 25, 2021
Juanita “Ouida” Pasvantis, 91, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 25, 2021. A private service was held at Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Pasvantis was the daughter of the late Gatha William Dukes and the late Ruth Washington Weir Dukes. She was
a longtime resident of Jackson, graduating from Central High School, Class of 1948. Ouida worked for South Central Bell before becoming a full-time devoted Mother
and Homemaker. She enjoyed researching her family’s genealogy, gardening, bird watching and listening to Elvis.
Mrs. Pasvantis is survived by her loving Daughters Cindy
Foshee (Glenn) and Allison Ingram (Roman) and her two grandsons, Daniel Foshee and Peyton Ingram and her long-time caregiver, Sherlonda King.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, George Kenneth Pasvantis, infant son, George Morgan Pasvantis, and daughter, Susan Kelly Pasvantis.
