Dearest Cousins Marsha, Jody and Susan,
Like many folks I loved your Mom a lot.
I have many special memories of her over the years, including during the summer of 1985 when I was living with the Newells in Kosciusko and got to see her quite a bit, but more recently when I sat down with her over some bourbon and heard her stories of your Dad in WWII (and I am so grateful that you had those memories recorded and I have a treasured copy).
She was unfailingly kind and gracious and beautiful inside and out. She was also the last link to that fabulous generation of Woodwards and Jacksons, which makes me sad, but I am heartened by knowing that they are all together at last with their Lord.
