Obituary of David Powers

David Brian Powers, 56, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 19, 2018 at CMMC hospital.

Memorial Service for David Brian Powers of Jackson, Mississippi, will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 27th at Saint Richards Catholic Church, Jackson, Mississippi. Father John Bohn will officiate.

A time of visitation with the family will be held at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Saint Richards Catholic Church, Jackson, Mississippi.

David is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Powers Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Rose Greco Powers; daughter, Dara Michelle Powers; grandchildren, Brian, Cheyenne, Bentley; brothers, Glenn Powers, Dorman Powers and Douglas Powers; sisters, Sheri Hunt and Michelle Alexander and his loving companion, Sharon DeFeo as well as 24 nieces and nephews.

David grew up in Jackson and attended Holy Family, St. Richards and St. Joe Catholic Schools.

David nourished people around him with love, laughter and music. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
