Stacy Lee Adams Flora, Mississippi Stacy Lee Adams, age 59, was healed and slipped peacefully into her eternal Home on June 5, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 3, 1964, to Nolan and Dorothy Runyon in Arlington, Texas. Stacy grew up in the small East Texas town of Cleveland, Texas. There, in 1979, during her freshman year of High School, she met the young man God had planned for her, Steve Adams. From that date, Stacy and Steve began their near 45-year life journey together. Through the years, God led the two of them into the High Plains of West Texas where He blessed their union with three wonderful children, Brandon, Seth and Haley. The journey led them to many places. In every place, Stacy touched the lives of everyone around her. In the late 90’s they began a new chapter of life in the beautiful Texas Hill Country town of Liberty Hill. There, Stacy continued to touch lives through her years as a 1st Grade Teacher. Stacy loved Jesus and she loved pouring her life into her family and those young children she taught. In 2010, she and Steve began to split their time between Texas and their new home in Flora Mississippi. Like every other place before, Stacy touched lives and made lifelong friendships. Her love and commitment to Christ and her family was always at the center of Stacy’s life. Even through the seven years of battling cancer, Stacy would never complain. She knew that God’s Amazing Grace was hers and that this world is only a temporal stop in her eternal journey. Stacy Lee Adams is survived by her husband, Stephen D. Adams (62) of Flora, Ms. Her three children Brandon (37) and his spouse Lia of Bertram, Tx., Seth (36) and his wife Morgan of Hutto, Tx. and Haley (32) and her husband Eddie of Tuscaloosa, Al.
