Earlene Cain Williams, 95, of Ridgeland, passed away on July 1, 2024. She was born on January 11, 1929, to Jimmie and Eddie Lou Burrell Cain in Attala County, MS. Earlene married Shack Williams on June 2, 1946. She was a beautician and the owner of Country Club Coiffures in Jackson during the late 60's, early 70's. She also worked many years for Brocks in Jackson. Earlene created beautiful handwork- needle point, cross stitching, embroidery, knitting, crocheting and quilting. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Patton (Bob) and Sherry May (Terry); grandchildren, Greg Patton (Amy), Amy Patton Pollock (Leon), Elizabeth May Prochaska (Justin); great grandchildren, Abby Patton, Luke Patton, Brody Pollock, Mabel Prochaska and sister, Jimmie Cain Sneed. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Shack Williams, and brother, Bobby Ray Cain. Visitation will be held at Natchez Trace Funeral Home Friday July 5, 2024, from 5:00pm until 6:00pm and again Saturday from 1:00pm until 2:00pm. The funeral service will be at 2:00pm in the Natchez Trace Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Jessamine Cemetery, Ridgeland, MS.
