Vivian Dixon Kramer was called home to be with the Lord on June 26, 2017, ten years after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's.  Visitation will be at Natchez Trace Funeral Home, Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. until leaving in procession for Graveside Service at 10:00 a.m.  in Jessamine Cemetery in Ridgeland, MS

 

Mrs. Kramer was born in Yazoo County, MS on August 10, 1924 to the late James Nolan and Hazel Mize Dixon. Mrs. Kramer was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Yazoo City, MS.

Survivors include her daughter, Frieda Kramer Armstrong and husband, Crowell of Madison, MS; son Larry Kramer and wife Gayle of Benton, MS; grandsons Kramer Stovall and wife, Rinna  of Madison, MS; Matt Stovall of Zionville, NC; and, Hunter Kramer and wife Kalyn of Madison, MS; one grandson, Tyler Stovall of Madison, MS.  Also, surviving are her brother, Philip Dixon and wife Louise of Benton, MS.

Mrs. Kramer was preceded  in death by her husband, Eugene Kramer parents, James and Hazel Dixon; sisters Nona Blakeney, Marie Trammell, Shirley Netherland and brothers James Perry Dixon and Thomas Carl "Bud" Dixon.
