Lanny Proctor, 66, of Brandon, MS, went to be with the Lord on July 30, 2019. Born in Cleveland on March 21, 1953, Lanny spent his childhood in Drew, then attended Cleveland High School where he was a standout athlete. After graduating in 1971, Lanny joined the U.S. National Guard where he served for 6 years. Lanny was blessed to be able to see the world, travelling all over the United States and to Europe and the Caribbean. Lanny never met a stranger and loved to talk.
