Obituary of Willie Earl Rushing

Willie Earl Rushing of Wesson, MS, died September 11, 2019 at the age of 79. He was born in Belzona, MS on July 26, 1940. He served in the US Army and as a Police Officer in Texas and Louisiana. He was retired at the time of his death.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Eva Bowling Rushing from London, KY; his father, Lester Rushing, his mother, Lena Webb; and 2 brothers, Bobby Rushing and Lester Rushing, Jr.of Mississippi.

He is survived by a brother, Robert Daniel Rushing of Brookhaven, MS; 3 daughters, Rebecca Markcum of Wesson, MS, Lissa Dufrene of Kentwood, LA and Kathy Stroud of Natchez, MS; step children, Calvin Estridge,Val Morand of Madison,and Michelle Ables of Brookhaven,MS and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday September 14, 2019 at 3:00pm at the Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery with Military Honors.
