Clytee Branum Barrentine, age 90, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on May 17, 2020. She was born on March 22, 1930 to Joe Branum and Clemmie Snellings Branum in Rolling Fork, MS. Clytee is survived by her children, David (Fran) Barrentine of Madison, MS, Carey (Trisha) Barrentine of Birmingham, AL, Cathy (John) Robson of Kenner, LA; Grandchildren, Michael (Casey) Barrentine of Waxahachie, TX, Jennifer (Steve) Armstrong of Brandon, MS, Wesley Barrentine of Birmingham, AL, Matthew Barrentine of Birmingham, AL, Benjamin Patterson of Jackson, MS, Catherine Robson of Manhattan, KS, Scott (Brittanie) Robson of Salina, KS; Great Grandchildren, Gavin Vance, Stephen Armstrong, Sarah Armstrong, Cameron Armstrong, Edward Robson, Easten Robson; also numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in passing by her loving husband, Mr. Charles D. Barrentine; parents, Joe and Clemmie Branum; sisters, Jean Johnson and Ruth Branum; and brothers, Joe Branum Jr. and Bob Branum. A private visitation will be held at Natchez Trace Funeral Home on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 10am until 11am with a graveside service to follow at 2pm at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, 1635 Carrollton Avenue, Greenwood, MS 38930. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts and donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or your favorite charity.
