Carrie D. Ford, age 83, of Madison, Mississippi passed away on July 6, 2021 surrounded by family. She was born on June 3, 1938 to John and Annie Clark in Yazoo City, Mississippi. She moved to Mileston, Ms at an early age and attended Mileston vocational School. She worked in the Nursing Department at Ralph K. Davis Medical Center in San Francisco, Ca. She married Dan Ford Jr. Of Tchula MS in 1960 and had 60 years of wonderful marriage. Carrie is survived by her loving Husband, Dan Ford Jr. of Madison, MS; Three Sons, Melvin Debro of Maywood, IL; Mariet T. Ford of Represa, CA, Orrin A. Ford of Tulalip, WA; Two Sisters, Johnnie L. Jacque of Chicago, IL, Betty J. Burnett of Flint, MI; Three Brothers, Alphono Clark of Tchula, MS, John Clark, Jr. of Chicago, IL, Bennie L. Clark of Nashville, TN; Five grandchildren, Alex A. Ford of Folsom, CA, Alexis M. Ford of Folsom, CA, Haley J. Ford of Sacramento, CA; Deshaun Debro and Courtney Debro of Chicago, IL; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday July 12, 2021 at Natchez Trace Funeral Home in Madison from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday July 13, 2021 at Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery at 10:00 am. A repast will follow at Madison United Methodist church 100 Post Oak Rd Madison Ms.
