Harold Yates, 82, of Madison, passed away on November 20, 2021 at the Ridgeland Place Assisted Living in Ridgeland, MS.
Mr. Yates was born on March 19, 1939 to Alvin and Annie Grice Yates in Attala County, MS. He was a 1961 graduate of MSU.
Harold is survived by sons, Randy Yates and his wife Tammie, and Harold "Todd" Yates and his wife Marany; grandchildren, Camden, Canaan, and Memary Yates.
Mr. Yates is preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Yates, Father, Alvin Yates, Mother, Annie Yates; sisters, Faye McKinnon and Bessie Palmertree and brothers, J. N. Yates, Red Yates, Arlon Yates, and Vernelle Yates.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Natchez Trace Funeral Home with the funeral service to be held at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place in the Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
