Mary Sue Talley Dufour Sue Dufour passed away on November 28, 2021 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. A graveside service will be at Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery, Madison, MS on Tuesday November 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Sue was born on April 10, 1931 in Pearl River County, MS to the late David Eugene Talley and Lucille Burks Talley. In her lifetime, she worked in various clerical positions, including the MS Department of Education but the primary focus of her life was to be a wife and mother. A member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church since 1955, she served as church librarian, choir member and coordinator of the Wednesday night and youth suppers for many years. Entertaining and cooking were two pleasures in her life. Family and friends enjoyed holidays and other celebrations in her home. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. Preceding her in death: T.J. Dufour, husband of 55 years; parents; sister, Virginia Miller and brother, Merle Ray Talley, Sr. Survivors include: daughter, Donna Lustig; sons, Scott Dufour (Kay) and Ted Dufour (Lynda); sister, Jerri Talley Bickerton (Allen); brother, Charles D. Talley (Carolyn), also surviving are granddaughter; Laura Dufour Harris (Parker), Allison Dufour, Anna Dufour; grandson, Jacob Dufour and great grandson, Lofton Harris; along with many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Ministries 450 Towne Center Blvd Ridgeland, MS 39157.
