Mrs. Andrea Coleen Vlach, 74, was called home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2022, in Jackson, MS. Mrs. Coleen was born on January 16, 1948, to Alice and Clay Rushing in Guntown, MS. Mrs. Coleen was a faithful wife to her late husband Jim, loving mother to her son Ashley, loving grandmother to her grandson Parker and a diligent server to her church of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Coleen was a career long professional secretary and the glue that bonded her fellow coworkers and business together. She loved her jobs and worked for several hotels in the Jackson area for many years. After that she was employed by the former mayor, Kane Ditto of Jackson, MS, while he was in office. She finished her career having worked at Northpark Mall for more than 15 years and couldn't say enough good things about the people she worked with there and the position she held. Coleen retired to be a full-time wife to her late husband Jim. Mrs. Coleen is preceded in passing by her husband Jim, her parents Alice and Clay Rushing and her brothers Gerald and Buddy Rushing. She is Survived by her loving son, Ashley Vlach and her very special grandson Parker Vlach.
