James Stacy Hawthorne Flora, MS Stacy Hawthorne, 52, passed away on October 7, 2022. Stacy was born on October 24, 1969 to Sid and Bonnie Hawthorne in Cleveland, MS. Through the years, Stacy enjoyed camping, hunting, and jeeping with his friends and family. He was one of the founders of the 1941 Mississippi Misfits Jeep Club. This group now has over 2.3k members. Stacy was always wholeheartedly there for his family, his daughter Brianna, mother Bonnie and brother Jason. He was a stranger to no one and he shared his sarcastic wit and humor as well as his heart with all. Stacy was the brightest light in every room. Stacy is survived by his daughter Brianna, mother Bonnie, and brother Jason. He is preceded in passing by his father Sid. Visitation will be at Natchez Trace Funeral Home from 4 – 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10. A graveside service celebrating his life will be at Jessamine Cemetery in Ridgeland, MS on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 2 p.m. In Lieu of Flowers, memorial gifts and donations may be made to one of your choosing.
