Antoinette Daoud Stephan, née Alam, passed away peacefully in her home on December 23, 2022, in Madison, Mississippi. She was 81 years old. She was born in Jerusalem, Palestine to Daoud (David) and Ni’meh (Grace) Alam on June 13th 1941. Antoinette was a well-read and talented woman, who loved to love people. She excelled in the things she did and spent most of her career working as a travel agent specializing in pilgrimages to the Holyland, where she met her husband, Hanna (John) Anton Stephan. She led by example and taught her children and grandchildren how to pray; she was never far from church and the rosary was never far from her hands. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hanna, and her sister Juliette. Antoinette is survived by her sisters Margaret, Ellen, and Terez and their families; her children Eva, Mariette, Khader (George), and Sana; her grandchildren Ghada, Shirin, Tamara, Fady, John, Mitchell, Mariette, Christina, Angelina, and Mirele; and her great-grandchildren Maya, Abigail, Michael, and Rimon.
