Janice Gayle Allred-Topp, 80 years young, peacefully passed away Feb 8, 2023. The Celebration of her beautiful life will be Sat. Feb 18, 2023 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Natchez Trace Funeral Home with services to follow. Jan was born in Hazlehurst, MS. Jan and her late husband, Jim, were devoted members of the Shriners for over 40 years. Jan was a loving wife, mother, and a best friend to many. To know her is to know the true definition of love. Jan was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm Allred, Jr. and Marguerite Sutton Wallace; her loving husband for over 50 years; and her brother David Allred. She is survived by her brother Malcolm Allred, III, her children Tracy Topp–Bowlin (Bobby), James Shelby Topp (Renee), John Mitchell Topp (Shannon), George H. McKay III; grandchildren, Bobby Wayne Bowlin (Mallory), London Topp, Jessica Thrasher, Sean and Allison Pooley, Fauna Asp, Steve Smith, Jenna and Leanna McKay; great grandchildren, Sawyer and Banks Bowlin, Sailor Topp, and Summer and Jack Thrasher. In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital. www.shriners.org
