Obituary of Sadie Loretta Toles

Sadie Loretta Toles, 94, of Jackson, MS, was born October 9, 1928 in DeKalb, Mississippi in Kemper County. She was the daughter of Thomas Artemus George and Josie Evelyn Jones George. Sadie worked for forty plus years as a telephone operator for Bellsouth, later to become AT&T. Mrs. Toles died February 13, 2023 at St. Francis Medical Hospital in Bartlett, Tennessee.
Mrs. Toles is survived by her son, Walter Toles and his wife Pamela of Oakland, TN; 8 grandchildren, Aaron Toles (Laura), Natasha Toles, Arzelle Spikes, Sadie Spikes, Bobbie Jo Spikes, Christopher D. Rosenaur (Brittany), Shannon Dyson (Jill), and Cher Berberich (Emmett); and many many great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Arthur J. Toles; children, Amanda Jo Spikes, Daniel Robin Toles, and Arthur J. Toles, Jr.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at Natchez Trace Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will be in the Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
