Kenneth E. Collette, 60 of Madison passed away on April 1, 2023. Kenny was born on November 17, 1962, to Frank and Betty Shortridge Collette in Jackson, MS. Kenny has lived in Madison for the past 20 years and was the owner of American Roofing and Construction. Kenny attended Woodland Hills Baptist Academy and Holmes Jr. College. Kenny is survived by his brothers, Frank Collette III and Perry Collette, nieces and nephews Frank IV, Chris, Daniel, Megan, and Ronni. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Frank E. Collette Jr and mother, Betty Jean Shortridge Collette. Kenny’s many friends will surely miss his kindness, generosity, quick wit, and immeasurable sense of humor. Kenny enjoyed golf, watching football, traveling, and boating on the Barnett Reservoir. He touched so many lives and will never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Make a Wish Foundation, Webster Animal Shelter, or the charity of your choice.
