Beloved wife and mother, Helen Lum, 84, passed away at Trinity in Clinton September 30, 2014. She lived for the love of her family and her faith. Her life was devoted to caring for others, sharing her faith and deeply loving her husband of 68 years, her daughters, her grandchildren and her sister. Survivors include husband William Lum of Byram, daughters and sons-in-law Donna and Bubba Bowlin of Terry, Carol and Dale Shepherd of Charlotte, NC, grandchildren Katie Shepherd of Raleigh, NC, Rob and Shannon Shepherd of Reston, VA, precious sister Jackie Noel of Clinton. Our family would like to thank her sister Jackie for her hours of endless, loving devotion, Stacey for being not only nurse but dearest friend, Zelda her longest attending CNA at Trinity for her years of faithful care, and the many nurses and staff who cared for her. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday October 4, 2014 at Natchez Trace Funeral Home in Madison at 11:00am with visitation 1 hour prior. A graveside service will follow at 2pm in Clifton Baptist Church Cemetery in Forest, MS.
