Carl was by far, the finest man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him and knew him. I will always hold him in My heart, with great fondness and respect. You can rest now, safely in the arms of our Lord, and know that you were so loved by your family and friends while on this earth. You made a difference in so many lives, for which we are all grateful. Rest in great peace, my friend.
