Reading my cousin’s obituary I realize how very much Sharon was like her Mother, my Aunt Myrtle. She too was a gardener and an active member of the Madisonville garden club. Sharon was very pretty, like her mother and very sweet like her mother.
It’s a sad time for me because it’s the end of a wonderful family connection I’ve had all my life. The Courtney Pennington family included me in the best outings I had in Madisonville. They all went swimming in Bogue Falaya on Sunday afternoons and invited me. I loved it. I will be at the funeral. Susan Kay
