My daughter Helene was a loving Wife and Mother who was loved by many as a kind, considerate and loving friend, But to me she was still my sweet loving child., who I remember growing up in our family. Always inquisitive, smart, loving and sometimes mischievous. In later years she was my buddy. We communicated every day, I interested in her health, but she usually interrupted to inquire about my blood sugar or pressure. She cared deeply about family and friends. She rode shotgun with me on our trips to Nesbit looking after her brothers health and trips to Florida. She made those trips funny, interesting and pleasant. I will miss her deeply every day

Helene was an amazing friend who I will miss always. She reached out often to encourage me even though she was so sick and I will miss those sweet texts. My most fun memories of Helene are when we would sit together watching our kids play at the ballpark when we were much younger. She always had a big smile and always made me laugh! She loved her family and friends and I know she will be missed by many. Love and hugs to Tommy, Mary Francis, Eric and all of the family.

Helene is my sister. We're six years apart and we grew up sharing a room and a bed. We fought like cats and dogs until she moved out. She became my friend the older we became, not just sisters. I could always count on something funny being texted or said when I talked to her. We loved reminiscing about growing up and our family. Our favorite things to remember to laugh were our fights and family vacation road trips. I will miss her and know she's in a better place. I know Momma, Pop, Aunt Lulu, and all of the other family members who have passed are up there watching out for the rest of us. I know Little Girl and Little Bud were there to great her as well. Helene, I appreciate all you did for Momma and Daddy as well. I never got the chance to tell her that. She was the best daughter and sister and most of all these last couple of years, a friend. I'll miss you so much!

Helene was a joy and a blessing to our family. Her strength and courage as well as her loving heart for the Lord and for people will never be forgotten. We knew Helene through Tina’s aunt and uncle, Dot and Ivan Cunningham. She was a huge blessing to their lives also and ministered greatly to us after their passing.

Helene was funny, sweet and an absolute joy to be around. We lost touch after high school, found each other via Facebook. In my darkest moments she was always one of the first to message me with a prayer & sweet words of encouragement. She had compassion for others even though she was fighting her own battle. What an Amazing woman of God she was. You will be missed sweet lady, dear friend. RIP, I'll see you on the other side!
