Retirement provided Bill ample time to pursue his passion of being outdoors, especially working in the yard. He became a lover of dogs having rescued and adopted his beloved Pugs (Dusty and Rocket), and Jack Russell Terrier, Buddy. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and neighborhood coffee groups.
Bill was an extremely devoted Husband, Father, and Grandfather. He is proceeded in death by his Mother (Lanelle), and Father (Barney). He is survived by his wife (Sue), son Will (Kasey), and 3 grandchildren (London/Caleb/Keegan).
The family would like to express its most sincere and deepest gratitude to Dr. J. Scott Harrison, Jerra Weathersby (RN), and the respective staff members of Merit River Region Medical Center, the University of Mississippi Medical Center Emergency Department/MICU, The Nichols Center, and all of his caregivers who provided him with compassionate care.
