Mr. Phillips was part of my life since I was in third grade. I always enjoyed being with him and (Theresa Phillips). Mr. Phillips was fun to talk to, he was always so joyful and happy, and he loved his family with all his heart. The last time I saw him was about two years ago, and as always, he "caught me up" on the kids, and asked about my life and family. I will miss him. God's blessing to his family. Love, Java
