Obituary of Shirley Fulton

Shirley Ann Fulton was born on June 25, 1938 to Green Harvey Fulton and Virgie Stokes Fulton in the Coy community of Neshoba County Mississippi. Shirley married Granville Fulton and worked as a self employed Beautician for more than 40 years. She loved flowers and gardening and traveling was a favorite past time. She and Granville resided in Byram for many years before moving to Madison five years ago. She died Saturday December 22, 2018 at home surrounded by family. She was 80 years of age.
She was a member of Woodland Hills Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and a Bible Study Group for many years.
Shirley is survived by her loving spouse of 62 years, Granville Fulton; son, Mandel Fulton (Sherry); daughter, Tammy Cook (Walter); brother, Forrest Fulton (June); sister, Bobbie Cannon; grandchildren, Chad Fulton, Eric Fulton and Morgan Cook; great grandchildren, Carter, Graham, Reid, Landon and Julia Fulton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Green Harvey Fulton; mother, Virgie Stokes Fulton; brothers, G.W. Fulton, Grady Fulton and Glen Fulton; sisters, Frances Jarvis and Grace Houston.
Visitation will be held at Natchez Trace Funeral Home Wednesday evening December 26, 2018 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm and again Thursday from 10:00am until 11:00am. A service to celebrate her life will be Thursday December 27, 2018 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Natchez Trace Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
