I have so many fond memories of Uncle Charlie, he is my Daddys youngest brother and younger than my sister Pat any I. His brother Bobby , my sister Pat and younger Brother Eddy were all close in ages and both our Moms were single parents. What a handful for Grandma Nell, or my Mom when we all were together. G/M was pretty strict at times and we all had learned she demanded respect or it was to bad for us. One time in particular I remember Charlie, Eddie & I decided to have a pillow fight outside , (we knew better than have it inside house in case something was broken) we were having so much fun swinging those pillows & smacking one another when one of them bust open and feathers went all over the yard. NOW what are we going to do as we knew it was bottom up for us. We thought maybe we could use the vacuum cleaner, dumb idea. cuz it was sucking up more grass & dirt than feathers. We ended trying to pick up 10 thousand feathers from that huge front yard. For some reason, she must have been in a good mood because if I remember correctly we ended up telling her all about it and she wasn't very mad. She probably did what I have done in the past 60 + years visualized 3 kids trying to clean so many feathers from the front yard. Uncle Charlie, I'm gonna miss you as so many of your friends
and loved ones you leave behind will. RIP and give a hug to all our family members for me. Daddy, Grandma Nell, Granddaddy Ed, Uncle Willard, Aunt June, little Johnny, and especially Randy. Am sure he was glad to welcome you -
