Hello, my name is Bill Shelton. I just learned of Monroe’s passing last night. I worked with Monroe for several years in Mississippi and Louisiana. We met as engineers at Mississippi Chemical, but our friendship and association led to many other projects over the years.
I’ve never met anyone that did not like Monroe. He always had a story to tell, and we all respected and loved him. It was beyond sad to hear of his passing. Rest In Peace dear friend, you are loved and missed.
