It’s been a joy to know Anthony & Rita as a couple. I first knew Anthony while growing up in the Delta, then came to know Rita’s strong, yet quiet grace and loveliness as we were both growing our young families. Always elegant & a lady, I know her loss is leaving a huge abyss of a hole! I’m thankful for the heavenly hope we have in Jesus & continue to pray for much healing in the broken hearts who remain….

I still remember the first time I met you in Hillcrest dorms at Southern Miss. I told you about accepting Jesus that summer and we became friends immediately thereafter. We’ve been buddies ever since. I was in your wedding and you were in mine. Although miles separated us as Vince and I moved from one place to the next, when we talked it was as if no time had passed. I have the hope of heaven knowing we will see each other there. Love you, sweet friend!
